With a proven track record in Mission Planning and Support, Predictive Battlespace Awareness, and Spectrum Analysis Mathematical Applications, Robbie has developed a unique skill set that blends tactical expertise with strategic insight. As a Certified CDR Coach, Robbie is dedicated to cultivating resilient, adaptive leaders and building high-performing teams. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership & Education at Southern Nazarene University, where his academic focus complements his real-world leadership experience. In his military career, Robbie holds the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) at the 137th Special Operations Wing, where he also serves as Director of Professional Development at the 137th Special Operations Squadron.
