Drawing on a wealth of experience as the NCOIC of Irregular Warfare at the Air Force Special Operations Air Warfare Center Headquarters, Russell brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership development skills to help individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve lasting impact. Russell has held pivotal roles in the U.S. Air Force Special Operations, including Special Warfare Joint Terminal Attack Controller, TACP, SUAS Program Manager, Combat Aviation Advisor, and Senior Tactics Advisor. These positions have allowed Russell to gain firsthand experience in leading diverse teams under extreme stress, developing expertise in decision-making, and operationalizing high-stakes missions. This background shapes Russell’s coaching philosophy—centered on resilience, adaptability, and the development of leaders who can excel in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

With over 10 years of experience as a Navy SEAL, Clayton brings a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team development in high-stakes environments. Serving as a Fire Team Leader, Squad Leader, and Leading Petty Officer within Naval Special Warfare, he honed his skills in decision-making, strategic execution, and cultivating the potential in others. These roles prepared him to lead diverse teams, navigate complex challenges, and inspire growth and excellence in those he works with. Throughout his career, he successfully executed complex missions across 3 continents, operating in diverse environments and collaborating with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. These experiences sharpened his adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and global perspective—critical tools for addressing dynamic challenges and delivering results in any situation. At ROPE, he is deeply passionate about helping others discover and maximize their true potential, fostering high-performing teams, and creating environments that encourage adaptability, innovation, and success. 

Robbie is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of military experience, specializing in Special Operations and a deep expertise in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Geospatial Intelligence, Electronic Signal Exploitation, and Communication Signals Processing. With a proven track record in Mission Planning and Support, Predictive Battlespace Awareness, and Spectrum Analysis Mathematical Applications, Robbie has developed a unique skill set that blends tactical expertise with strategic insight. As a Certified CDR Coach, Robbie is dedicated to cultivating resilient, adaptive leaders and building high-performing teams. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership & Education at Southern Nazarene University, where his academic focus complements his real-world leadership experience. In his military career, Robbie holds the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) at the 137th Special Operations Wing, where he also serves as Director of Professional Development at the 137th Special Operations Squadron. His deep commitment to leadership development and continuous learning has made him a respected mentor and advocate for excellence in both military and civilian sectors.

Allen is a seasoned leader with over 36 years of experience in strengthening organizations and shaping cultures across military, law enforcement, and international settings. Known for his consistent success in achieving complex goals, he has a lifelong commitment to mastering the craft of leadership. Throughout his career, Allen has served in high-stakes environments, including over 8 years in active duty within Maritime Special Mission Force, anti-terrorism, and Scout Sniper units. His leadership journey has taken him to numerous locations in Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, where he honed his ability to lead diverse teams under pressure. Allen developed and delivered high-impact training programs, including specialized courses in SWAT and leadership development. Allen studied executive leadership at the FBI National Academy, and he capped his distinguished career as a Major, leading teams and managing complex programs for over 10.5 years. Passionate about empowering others, Allen is dedicated to sharing his knowledge, experience, and wisdom to help organizations build resilient leaders and sustainable, high-performance cultures. 

Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving positive culture change. As a former Air Force Special Warfare Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) member, Jamie combines the discipline and adaptability of military service with his expertise in leadership and technology to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Jamie’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that great leadership is the foundation for building high-performing, resilient teams. He specializes in equipping leaders with the tools and strategies to foster collaboration, embrace innovation, and transform workplace cultures. By helping organizations create environments where trust, accountability, and purpose thrive, Jamie ensures that positive culture change is both achievable and sustainable. With a career spanning 15 years, Jamie has worked with diverse teams across industries, around the world, blending technical expertise with a people-first approach to leadership.
